Ordering Information

Sorry but we do not accept telephone orders. If you are hesitant about providing your credit card information through our SECURE shopping cart and do not wish to use PayPal, we suggest you select FAX/MAIL order, then send us your information through the mail or via Fax.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE THE SHOPPING CART IN ORDER TO PROPERLY CALCULATE POSTAGE, TAXES (NY Only), ETC. It also helps us fill your order more efficiently and gives us a way track it should you have any questions. Due to customers calling us at 4am and other odd times during the night, we have removed our phone number from our site and order pages. Instead of calling, send us an email to: and we will get back to you ASAP. Be sure to include your order number and the date the order was placed in your e-mail.

Terms and Conditions

1) The minimum order is just $10.00. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds.
2) All orders must be pre-paid by check either electronically through our Shopping Cart System or via Postal Mail (check or money order) prior to shipment.
3) INCENSE PRODUCTS ARE MADE FRESH. We make your incense only AFTER you order it so it is made fresh and, sometimes, shipped while still a bit wet. When this happens the incense is still useable but may need an additional day or two to dry out before it can be easily handled. Please take care when handling all natural oils as well as wet incense made from those oils.

If using the shopping cart please note that YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED WHEN YOU COMPLETE CHECKOUT.

Orders paid by check will ship after check clearance. Money Orders ship once the order is ready (usually 4-7 days after we receive the order).
3) If you order Electronically through our Shopping Cart your order will ship as soon as it is ready. Please allow up to two full weeks for delivery and as many as 3 weeks during holiday seasons. Sorry but, due to the made to order nature of our products, RUSH delivery is not available.

If you order via e-mail or submit at FAX/MAIL order we will begin making your order once payment arrives and clears. Please remember to send payment shortly after submitting your order via e-mail and include a copy of the FAX/MAIL order form along with your payment. If you provide us with a valid e-mail address you will receive confirmation of our receipt of your order within 48 business hours. If you do not receive confirmation of your order via e-mail within 2-3 days write to: for assistance.
4) Sorry, C.O.D. orders are not available under any circumstance.

PayPal

Our shopping cart now allows you to pay via PayPal. Follow the PayPal link at the bottom of the shopping cart and complete the transaction by sending payment to our PayPal address: . If we do not receive payment within 48 hours we will send you a PayPal invoice. We will not begin making your order until your invoice is paid.

Returns

Since all of our products are made to order we can not accept returns or issue refunds. If you have a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to tell us about it. We will try our best to satisfy your needs.

If you are not satisfied with the strength of your lotion or massage oil, please e-mail us and we will send you additional fragrance oil which you can use to strengthen the oil. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR RETURNED NATURAL OILS, LOTIONS OR MASSGE OILS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping charges (both directions) will not be refunded regardless of the cause which generates the need for the return.

Our Zip code is 12528. Enter your zip code and estimate the weight of your order (100 sticks weighs about 2/3 of a pound, 50 Jumbo sticks weigh 1.2 pounds, etc.) and include the Priority Mail rate with your order. We suggest sending $1-$2 more than quoted, since packing materials, etc. can add to the weight. If you do not include enough postage, we will not ship your order.
